Expansive Groundedness

Greetings Beloved ones! 

We are Lyra, Atlantean Ambassador, 

High Priestess of the Healing Chambers! 

We come with a great message in regards to the Cosmic Portalway that has opened up. 

There has been a great expansion that has influenced Mother Earthship 

and all of her inhabitants beginning on July 7. We understand many are feeling a sense 

of unease as if the ground is slipping away from your feet. 

Realize that this is a call to connect to Gaia and send your grounding cord deep into the Earth’s core. For this is how you will survive this expansive energetic shift. 

As much as the expansion is important to your growth,

 it is even more important to remain stable in your mundane lives. 

Many are losing their tethers and becoming victims of confusion, 

lacking discernment, and feeling disconnected from themselves and others. 

It is important to surround yourself with loving and like-minded individuals 

who will assist you in feeling protected, safe, and secure. 

This is the time to call on your mentors. 

They will deliver guidance that may be difficult to understand or accept. 

We urge you to not discount the lesson nestled within. 

For we reach out for a reason. 

Is it to find agreement or to see the issue from a different perspective? 

Circling back to the importance of grounding we offer our assistance on this matter.  

We recommend the following procedure in order to stabilize your physical body during these intense energetic upgrades:

It is important to go outside and touch the Earth with your bare feet. This is the most effective way although doing it inside or with shoes on is also beneficial. Stand with bare feet in the grass, sand, soil, or water shoulder distance apart. Allow shoulders to relax, dropping them down away from the ears. Arms are resting at your sides with palms open facing forward. Allow the chin to become parallel with the ground, feel your spine elongate. Gently close the eyes and bring the focus inward on to your breathing. Inhale through the nose to the count of 5, pause to the count of 5, and exhale through the mouth slowly to the count of 8. Repeat this breath three times. Notice how calm and peaceful you feel. Bring your attention to your lower extremities. Imagine that your legs are hollow, an open vessel without restriction, constriction, blockages, or debri. Inhale. Exhale. As you inhale, allow yourself to shine light on all that needs to be revealed and transmuted, on the exhale imagine these issues that appear like sparkles of light begin to fall from your body, down through your thighs, the front and back of your knees, your shins and calves, ankles, feet and out through the toes to the Earth. This path is the vessel of groundedness. The vessels of groundedness act as an energetic “drainage system”, it is located within the lower extremities. When we release old patterns, discordances, and paradigms that no longer serve for the highest good, a free flowing path for transmutation to integrate into our physicality is required. As you release what no longer serves you, feel how much lighter your body may be, perhaps your mind is calm. Your senses may begin to heighten as you become aware of your body, coming out of the busy mind and into this body, your body. Whenever you feel there is heaviness or uncertainty, remember to release through the vessel of groundedness. Take another inhale, and on the exhale open your eyes.

Now that the body is cleared and ready to receive, let us continue on.

We would like to bring to your attention specific dates 

in which this expansion began to occur.

 July 7 began the opening of this cosmic portalway 

allowing Divine Source energy to surge through and outward towards Earth. 

We would like to point out the numerological significance of this day as follows: 

7/7/16 (1+6=7)-à 777; 

the significance of this number is profound. 

The number 7 has always been revered important in religions and spiritual communities alike. 

It is thought to be a lucky number, especially a triple 7. 

Right now, there is a powerful and healing influx of energy 

that the Collective Consciousness desperately requires 

in order for the ascension movement to flow more smoothly. 

7 represent our higher self, 

our ability to discern what our truth is 

and release what no longer serves us, 

it is a number of transcendence, 

of receiving information 

and allowing spiritual gifts to unfold.

 We have said before that many are waking up with new abilities. 

It is not something to fear as they have always been within you. 

This energy of the portal is now just activating it or “pushing the right button”,

 what once lied dormant has now been brought forth for you to recognize. 

Your divine purpose will begin to unfold if you are still unsure of what path to take.

Trust is very important, trust your instincts and your intuition.

 It is not by chance that there are 7 billion people on your planet at this time. 

It is not by chance that the ones around you are taking interest 

in aligning the 7 chakras within their energetic bodies. 

The chakras “feed” energy to the physical and mental/emotional bodies. 

The human race cannot ascend smoothly in the state that it is in currently. 

Many are sick with physical ailments, 

mental confusion

 or exhaustion, and emotional disturbances. 

The focus must be turned inward. 

The healing that is required is fine tuning all 7 chakras 

so that they align, recalibrate, and spin at their optimal frequency. 

Once all 7 are activated and balanced for a prolonged period of time,

 physical dis-ease will simply begin to disintegrate. 

Emotions will no longer “rule” your thought process. 

The mental fog will lift and clarity will be obtained. 

 If there are no restrictions, 

then one has an open vessel for Divine Life Force Energy.

 This access allows the physical body to heal and maintain youthfulness. 

This is a process that requires mastery and discipline.

 Time is continuing to speed up and move faster, 

the ascension process is accelerating for the lightworkers especially. 

Many of you are linking up with your soul tribe 

and creating healing circles. 

You do not need to do anything important or ritualistic 

as of right now for the healing to activate.

 This is a period of creating bridges; 

as these bridges are the building blocks for the protective shield that activated on

 7/11/16 (1+6=7) à7117. 

We say just being in one another’s vibration is sufficient at this time. 

The angels are working with us, your Galactic Family.

 Many veils are getting lifted so one can see their own truth

 and how it differs from the propaganda that is spoon fed to you 

via radio, television, and your internet devices. 

Invoking the power within you is the best defense.  

The integration of this new wave of consciousness will settle into your bodies on 

7/17/16 (1+6=7) à7177, 

as you can see we are working with codes of numbers,

 it may not follow traditional numerology; 

we are not concerned with formalities at this time. 

The theme off this energy wave is Expansive Groundedness.

 In order to navigate this energy in a balanced manner, 

one must not only ASCEND the energies upwards and outwards,

 but descend the energies deep into the physical realm and Mother Earth. 

For she is just as much as a living organism as those 

who inhabit her space and it is imperative that you work together WITH her. 

Many may feel resistance as the old paradigm begins 

to crumble around them. Again, we say it is important to let these

 issues flow through the vessel of Groundedness.

 Right now is not the time to force, to steam forward full speed ahead, or ruffle feathers. 

Many are feeling delicate right now and it is important to respect the intensity. 

Yes, you may feel much needs to change and in due time, it will. 

Please be conscious of which you are surrounding yourselves with. 

Who you are around can either heal or destroy you right now. 

There have been reports of instantaneous healing 

when members of soul tribes begin to align with one another. 

It makes sense, if you are in an elevated vibration, 

your entire system becomes recalibrated and “jumper cabled”, if you will.

Virtual Reality

In a world robust with information,
educating oneself should be
an internal motivator or
the key element for
Transformation.

There are some guidelines
to ponder when seeking
out which path to scamper along.
Common sense, if you may, but
we feel (especially as of late)
that many become confused with
what reality is and what
fantasy world is being created
FOR you.

We have a tendency nowadays to
"be in the know"
the latest trend-
the breaking news-
"Did you hear about...?!"
We tell the tragic stories as if
they are our own...
becoming animated and
emotional over an experience
we did not personally live.
Our bodies react in response 
to the continual bombardment of
baggage that is not ours.

For the sake of your own health,
listen to these stories (or not at all)
with discernment.
Do not take on the energy that surrounds
it for that is not your Truth. 
For if one does,
We become boundary-less,
receiving unwanted experiences
that seep into our core
and taint the very essence of us.

Do you know what is yours and what is not?
Take inventory of your
Beliefs,
Emotions,
Dis-eases,
Thoughts...

What have you created
and what has been
INJECTED?

Be a seeker of TRUTH.
Do not just settle for information,
knowledge, or well-written blogs...
Everyone has a motive.
Some are rooted in love...others-
the shadow.
We recognize the importance of the shadow
but others can take advantage of those
who cannot see the light by imploding
the darkness here.

Do you want to be led to the "truth"
or do you want to stumble across it yourself?

It's Never Too Late

Everyday we have
the ability
to redefine
WHO we are
and WHAT we
choose to focus 
our attention on.

Are you not satisfied
with whom you have
created?

Rest assured,
today is a new day.
For you are not bound
to yesterday
and the future is
never etched in stone.

We often put too
much pressure on
ourselves
in regards to our
accomplishments.

These milestones mean
not a thing if you
have not 
cultivated your
character along the way. 

So, yes, my child.
It is NEVER too late
to start being who
you are meant
to
BE.

Beyond Compare

It is easy to fall into
the

of comparison.
Seeing others so successful
creates a sense of anxiety
that we should be further
along
than we are.
How diminishing this is
to our power, to our
creativity, to our journey.

Do not stifle yourself
by romanticizing others'
Accomplishments.
You do not know their struggle
their demons...
their skeletons.
For we all have had
darkness in our life.
It would be foolish to think
that someone has risen to
success without difficulty.
Struggle is a necessary component.
For how can one truly
become something great
without understanding how
it feels to be the underdog?
This is not saying you must stay in the
vibration of struggle.
It is merely a checking point,
a mile within the marathon.
What are you learning from this
setback?
Is it even considered a setback?
For there must be something
greater for you to learn if you are
not propelling forward.
Sit with this "setback"...
what lesson are you missing?
For we have to feel the pain
in order for it to pass.
It does not serve us to push it down
within in hopes that it will go away.
It never goes away in that manner.
Feel it, release it, and the struggle
will lift its hold on your successes. 
Ah, so simple in black and white.
To implement it into reality
is a whole other novel.

Discerning Untruths

What is Truth?

Truth is the absolute. It is beyond opinion. It is beyond what you think. 

Truth just IS. 

You cannot argue Truth, for it is fact.

Regardless of this, 

others will still argue Truth.

Why?

We have made many decisions 

in this life (and many past ones too!)

that have caused us to have a 

skewed view of Truth.

We are brainwashed, 

Conditioned, 

Programmed, 

and scammed into 

believing all sorts of nonsense.

So when someone speaks a Truth

to you and it strikes a nerve

(even though deep down you KNOW 

it is true) 

you search for someone else to 

validate YOUR side. 

That if maybe you rally up 

a crowd to support YOUR untruth

then you will falsely continue

to believe it. 

And even worse, you drag others

into the spiral of lies you

cast around you.

Whenever anyone tries to 

rally you, ponder their

intention. 

Why is it so important for them

to prove this point to you?

What sort of self-validation

are they seeking from you?

Are you willing to become an

enabler for something you 

do not even realize you are 

a part of?

Listen with discerning ears.

Siren of the Soul

Who are the sirens of your Soul?
Do you let society control
the information you put in your mind?
When are you going to take the universe's signs
into your heart
and illuminate
your purpose here
for the human race.
For we are here to make a difference, 
Not follow the norm.
Who are you when you strip
away your make-up,
your hairstyle-
the clothes you drape yourself in?
Who are you beyond the physical
male or female?
For this body is merely a vehicle
for our Soul's navigation.
Step into your Divine Self. 
Do you know who that is?
What are you beyond the labels
others (and yourself) slap on you?
What is the core of your essence?

How do we figure out WHO we are?
If there ever comes a time where
you feel obligated to do something
against what your inner self says...
you are taking steps away from
Who your true self is.
We do this in order to "fit in"
(however, there is no box to fit into)
to not make waves,
to not upset someone else.
Why must we sacrifice our
True self for the sake of others?
It is time to recognize your power.
It is time to live the life YOU want to live.
If you do not align yourself with your
Divinity, you are essentially wasting
energy, time, a spot in this incarnated world.

It is time to wake up and make a difference. 
Take a stance within your inner circle.
Entertain your passions, your hobbies.
By living your purpose, not only will
your happiness flourish,
but all of the interactions around
you will benefit.

So, with this...we say...
Share your gifts.
Share your light.
For you have something so great
to show the world.

Become the Butterfly

Do not fear death. 

As one chapter closes- another is brimming with new life and experiences. 

Energy is in a constant state of ebb and flow. 

It does not merely dissipate or magically disappear off into the ethers. 

As one leaves the third dimensional plane, consciousness of that Soul expands into the upper dimensions. 

In the simplest of terms, death is just a Shift. It is not the end, nor is it the beginning of something else. It just is. It is a transitional and pivotal moment that all incarnated beings need to experience in order to initiate the ascension progression.

Take for example, the metamorphic process of caterpillar to butterfly. 

Life force energy is still the tether of this transition. 

The vitality of the caterpillar has been transferred into the butterfly. 

Nothing has been lost essentially. 

The outer shell or chrysalis, acts as a veil between the two worlds of caterpillar to butterfly. 

(Really think about the magnificence of metamorphosis.) 

To watch one creature transform into an entirely new being allows us to trust that death is much the same. However, the transition for humans does not have tangible evidence. So it is difficult for some to believe that something beyond our human existence occurs. We say, when in doubt, observe nature.

When we remove ourselves from the busy-ness of mundane life, we can step back and witness the larger picture unfolding. 
In the end, we will all come to find out the Truth. 
So, we can ponder and guess about life, death, and the afterlife all we want. It is inevitable, all will experience this. 

All will reveal the answers they seek. 
All will return to their Divine Nature. 
All will become the Butterfly. 

Give to Receive

In order to receive love we must first open the heart. 

The heart is a vessel that holds the possibility for abundant love.

However, many of us construct blocks, closed doors, walls...all of these pinch off the ability for Love to flow freely. 

The heart is meant to heal. 

It is the most powerful center that is within our energetic makeup. 

Unless we take the necessary steps to forgive others who have hurt us and forgive OURSELVES for past wrongdoings, then the heart cannot function as a reflection of our Soul's intention. 

The heart is a two way street of receiving and giving. 

In order to receive, we must first give.

This does not mean giving to others before we fill our own cup.

We must learn how to give love to ourselves without judgment or guilt. 

Often times, we can be our own worst critic. 

We do not accept ourselves because others have tried so desperately to shape us into what they believe we should be. 

Some of this is done out of "conditional love". 

We believe we need to act a certain way in order to gain acceptance. 

When we get down to the root cause of low self-esteem, we realize it is a lack of love.

Love is always the answer, it is never wrong.

We must stand in our truth and realign with our divinity.

We recognize that in doing this, Love will automatically flow into us and through us. 

If we are making decisions that go against our innate nature, love cannot live fully in this sort of environment. 

So, stay true to you. Nosce Te Ipsum ("know thyself").

For in knowing who you are, that is where love resides.
