Energetic Responsibility

Greetings Beautiful Light Beings! I would love to dive into a topic on Energetic RESPONSIBILITY as it has been a common theme over the past few days for me. I have had several clients, friends, and family members struggling with this concept and I thought it was a perfect subject to expand on.

Many of us have heard the term "energetic vampire" and you may have even learned tips, tricks, and techniques to "protect" yourself or to shield these energies from attacking or attaching to you. This is all fine and dandy but I have found the very of idea of needing to protect yourself has a foundation of fear written in between the lines. This is a different way of viewing how each of us is responsible for our own energy, our response to the energy of others, and how we inadvertently may project our egoic issues on others by labeling them as energetic vampires. Do not fall into being a victim of an energetic vampire. You are much stronger than that. Whether you are aware of it or not, we actually allow people to take our energy away from us. They aren't performing some magic trick that siphons energy from you. It is our responsibility where our energy flows.

I do understand that there may be malicious individuals out there who are quite powerful and prey on people who do not have a good handle of how energy can be manipulated and they find themselves in unfortunate situations. But, I feel and have seen that those who claim others are "taking their energy" or depleting them are actually playing the role of a victim. The paradigm of victimhood runs deep in our society. Everyone at some point, has fell into this thought pattern one way or another and many are stuck there unable to blossom into their fullest potential because of this very reason. Many have been abused, used, treated poorly, had derogatory statements blasted at them; I could go on. I am not here to discount those experiences or invalidate the emotions felt from being treated in that manner. What I am here to talk about is how we can shift our perspective so we don't keep attracting the same types of situations over and over (and over...lifetime after lifetime). It is up to us as an individual to become conscious of how we react to these types of situations. It is up to us as conscious beings, to modify how we think about our past hurts, our past experiences, our past traumas and dramas. Please do not jump to the conclusion that it is your "fault" for attracting these situations for that just brings in more identification as a victim which results in lack of love for the self. We attract certain situations, people, and experiences so that we can LEARN. When we allow ourselves to absorb the lessons from our experiences, this is when we grow the most. If you think back to a time where your "power was taken away" and dwell in the lower vibrational emotion attached to that experience, then this feeling anchors even deeper into your current perspective of reality. When that occurs, we then have this platform to attract more situations that will solidify a similar experience. My shamanic teacher explained this in a very simple way using velcro as imagery. Say that you have been experiencing "not being heard" your whole life. In your energetic field, there is this platform, a piece of velcro that is programmed to attract situations where you will not be heard. So, essentially, these situations attach to you and further makes you feel like a victim and not important. As long as this velcro is in place, you will continue to "suffer" with not being heard, listened to, or taken seriously. The way to remove the velcro, is by shifting our perspective to allow space for healing. There are several ways that I have learned how to do this through soul retrieval, akashic record readings, energetic cleansings, mindset transformations, identifying and removing the root system of energetic cords, implants, or attachments, and emotional identification with releasement through Spiritual guidance. If any of this resonates with you, please reach out to me so that you can move forward, velcro free! ;)

With all of this being said, it is highly important to set up boundaries of what you will accept in your life and what you will not accept as part of your reality. Many people are poor boundary makers and end up being bombarded. Those who identify as sensitives or empaths fall into this category. As an empath, I love being able to connect and feel the energies around me however, it has taken years for me to learn how to not internalize what I am feeling when I am around certain groups, people, or places. One way to do this, is learning what your own energy feels like first. We become so enmeshed or caught up in other people's lives, what others think of us, and not listening to the inner voice that we lose our connection or ability to feel into our own energy. It becomes a confusing guessing game of "what is mine and what is not?" Over the years, I have had several clients be concerned that their "negative energy" is going to attach to me or affect me. Personally, when I first started this journey of being a facilitator for healing ten years ago, I went through my fair share of "taking on" things that were not very beneficial for me. But, I look back at all of that as huge lessons in how energy works, boundaries, and my own issues that needed to be resolved so that I could help others navigate through this as well. When you are afraid or concerned of projecting your issues on to someone else when you are getting a healing session, it puts a road block on the healing process, actually. What any alternative healing practitioner does for you is create a safe, sacred space for you TO RELEASE all of that. Most energy workers are energy transmuters and are able either 1. able to direct the energy into GAIA so that it can be transmuted or transformed into a higher state 2. transmute it through their own intention, body, and then release it or 3. send it back to Source to become "whole" and cleansed again. There is so much more that goes on in a healing session than me just placing my hands on you. My spiritual guidance team and I are creating safe pathways for the blocks, cords, emotions, and thoughts to be transmuted. I will say though, that I find it to be very insightful for clients to bring this concern to the table. If you show even slight awareness of not wanting to direct your "negative" energy towards someone, then you aren't. :) The ones that usually have strong projections are the ones who are completely oblivious to their antics, at least that's what I have found in my experience.

Be well, stay balanced!
