Greetings, Beloveds! We are here to assist you with heart activation through bringing the white light of purification to you NOW. We are the Celestial Beings of Light and we are so very honoured to speak with you and support you through these amazing times on your Earth. We come here with great honour and great humility. It is part of our mission with the Illuminated Heart to assist in bridging the Hearts of Humanity so that the Heart of Gaia is fully activated. It is through the thread of Love that this can occur. The ascension from 3D to 5D is underway and many of you are travelling through these dimensional shifts with ease. The more hearts that activate and open around you, the easier it will become for you and others to anchor into this expanded consciousness. It is a time of great Divine Play and we would like to call this period “The Love Fest.”

The Love is so abundant and flowing to you NOW. It is up to you, in your human form, to open the door of your Heart and let it pour into your entire being. Once you create this pathway, it cannot be undone. Once you are in true alignment with Source Love it cannot be taken away, so do not fear. Allow the Love to dissolve any residual fears, worries, confusion, or uncertainty. For there is no longer any reason to hold onto these lower vibrational frequencies. It is a time of trust; it is a time of honing in on your intuitive abilities, and allowing the energy to flow through you freely. Honor yourself as the Divine Being that you are. All that you need to seek will be revealed when you go within. Once you begin to live in the Love Vibration, you will understand that there is no other way to live. This feels like a homecoming, so let us rejoice in the power of Love!

We would like for you to bring your awareness to the state of your being when you arise in the morning. In essence, one should feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and renewed. It is of high importance that you carry this throughout your day. It is easy to do this when you are conscious of how you are feeling. It is through one’s dream state that most of the “work” is being done. The work we speak of is the DNA activations, Love Attunements, and the upgrading of your physical bodies to a more purified form in order to hold more Light. This can be difficult for some and we have recognized this. We recommend setting the intention NOW to let your body recalibrate, defragment, and reorganize during your sleep process so that during the awakened day you are able to fully embody the Love Resonance and dissolve resistance as you meet it with ease.

If you are experiencing extreme tiredness upon waking, you may ask to titrate the “work” being done to level down for a few days so that you can fully integrate the changes being made into your awakened state. Feeling groggy or tired during the day can cause your vibration to lower. So take the time to rest, yes, we suggest afternoon naps. You are welcome. Think of your sleep as a time for repair. It is a time of calling back all soul aspects that have been lost throughout the many lifetimes you have experienced. When you experience drama, trauma, or negative influence in your lives (across all timelines), it is common to lose an aspect of yourselves which then causes one to step out of alignment with your Divine Self. If this resonates with you and you would like to call back all parts of you recite the following before bed:

 “In this NOW moment, I intend for all Soul Aspects of me to be returned. 

Upon their integration, I ask that any negative influence be dissolved by the PURE White Light 

of Divine Source. May all parts of me integrate without resistance. 

May any negative thought pattern or lower vibrational emotion that was attached to the aspect be cleared and cleansed.  May only the lesson and wisdom of that experience remain. 

I welcome all aspects of me to return and I fully embrace them with all the Love within my Heart. It is through this integration that I align with the Illuminated Heart NOW. So it shall be!”

When one is whole, this is where one can hold the most power. The soul aspect integration is an important part of stepping into the Power of Love. This is not power in a negative sense as Love is what moves one forward and transcends you. Love has to be commanding because it has to shine its light on the darkest aspects of Humanity. This is no job for the meek. It cannot waver in the face of fear. It stands even taller, broader in all of its Glory to illuminate that which does not want to be seen. But LOVE wants to see it. Love wants to transcend it to allow YOU, Humanity, and GAIA to surpass what the “unawakened” don’t think is even possible. Love sees possibility, love sees the outcome that all can be harmonized and balanced. 

Love is an intelligent vibration that entrains any lower vibration into a higher resonance. It is through your own harmonization that Love is able to work more efficiently on the Collective. Doing your part in calling back all aspects of you in the name of Love creates a clear channel for the Love to move through you. It is through this Love Attunement of the Illuminated Heart that you then are able to activate the hearts of those around YOU. So you see, you are such an important role in this time NOW on Earth. We are so honoured to support you and share in this experience with you. Know that when you act in love, we see, we recognize, and we smile with gratitude. We see the unfoldment of the Heart of Humanity and we continuously send blessings to all. Honour your Heart and share the Love.

What is the Vibration of Love? Love is the purest form of expression. Love is a state in which all things are created. God is the Source of this Love. We have been created in his image, with his passion and so it is true that this Pure Love resides within our hearts. This is why it is said that Love emanates from our heart center. The breath of God has infused Love into your very being upon your awakening into human form. 

We must first discover what is meant by Vibration. All emotions, thoughts, words, actions are impressed with an energetic signature. Love is the strongest signature of all. It is the master of all Creation. When you begin to align yourself with Love Resonance, other signatures that are of the lower expressions will begin to dissolve away. 

Let us give an example for you. As we go about our reality, we are faced with many challenges throughout the day. We may come across someone who we begin to silently judge inside our minds. At first, we do not see anything wrong with judging, criticizing, or labeling. Humanity has undergone much programming to keep this limited way of thinking in the forefront of our interactions. When we become conscious of our judgments, this is when we begin to step onto the path of Love. For some it takes much time to dissolve the veils, others- may spontaneously allow their hearts to open through an experience. 

To mindfully walk the path of Love, we need to be present and honest with ourselves. It is important to become an observer of the mind and recognize what our thoughts are settling on. Where is your attention flowing? 

The image I would like you to hold in your mind is one of a butterfly floating from flower to flower, connecting with the beauty of Nature, (which is God’s Love expressed through creation). The butterfly does not need to be taught that flowers are where is should be. It is innate, it is beyond instinct. This LOVE is all that the butterfly knows. Allow your mind to act like the butterfly, floating from one beautiful thought of Love to another. 

It is effortless, it is harmonious. It is innate; it is the way to deeper understanding of this Great Love God has gifted us. So begin small, take little steps toward the Great Path of Unconditional Divine Love. It is through small continuous action that leads us to great outcomes.

Accessing information that is encoded in physical “things” 

to assist you into a high vibration

Look at all “physical” structures as being embedded with codes of information. If something is holding space, it is holding information! For instance, crystals carry knowledge in them. By connecting with a crystal, one can uncover what is programmed in the crystal OR you can intentionally clear a crystal and program it yourself. Every type of crystal emits a different frequency and has a unique coding structure. What this means is that every stone has a core set of principles, truths, or "standards". In essence, a crystal has consciousness. For example, Rose Quartz is popularly associated with relationships, heart opening/healing, and calmness. This does not mean it is limited to just what you read in books about Rose Quartz. These are just merely a foundation of which Rose Quartz operates, but it is not defined only by these aspects. Every crystal has a story to tell if you are willing to listen. Maybe one aspect of the Rose Quartz really speaks to you. Perhaps the stone that you chose (or the one that chose YOU!) has a lesson embedded within it that is specific for your situation or for the energetic state you are in at this moment, Now. Trust that all that attracts to you is bringing forth a lesson, a truth, an unveiling or what you need to know in order to be in full alignment with your Soul Purpose and Divine Nature. 

It is common practice when purchasing (or finding!) any crystal, stone, or gem that you align it with your energy so that it is partnered with you. By doing this, the stone is programmed to work for you or for your positive intentions. Some people will clear any information that is inside the crystal and have a ceremony of placing information, affirmations, or assigning the crystal a certain “job” to do.  I personally like to sit with any new crystal and see what it has to tell me before I decide if a clearing is necessary. They have wisdom to share so don’t just go clearing it all out! Our intentions and our words are very powerful. What you request will unfold. So, choose your words carefully. Before we go into connecting with our crystals, let's learn different ways to cleanse (not clear!) our new "sparkly" friends. 

"Crystal bathing" is the art of removing any stagnant energetic debris that is attached to the field around the crystal; this is commonly known as crystal cleansing. Crystals can pick up this debris from people handling the crystal in a store, or being in a space that has been subjected to violence, negative behavior, or low vibrational activities/thoughts/emotions. This is why before you start carrying that stone around with you, "dust off" any impurities! There are several simple techniques to cleansing your crystals before using them. One of the most popular and low maintenance way is to place them on a window sill or in a small bowl outside to soak up the moonlight. The moon emanates a very nurturing and cleansing light that is perfect for "crystal bathing". Do not place crystals in direct sunlight as the strong rays can cause the crystal to fade over time. Another simple technique is lighting sage or incense and passing the crystal through the smoke. I usually pass it through at least three times or until I feel the crystal is happy. If you are attuned to Reiki, you can place the crystal between your hands and activate HSZSN to cleanse any past attachments and then CKR to activate the crystal's power. If you are attuned to the master level, then just using the master symbol will suffice! Remember that our intention is what really matters here. You can simply hold the crystal within your hand and imagine pure white Source light is glowing and cleansing the crystal. With all of these techniques you can state the following: 

     "I intend for the energy of this crystal to become 

aligned with its pure state of beingness. May any energetic debris or 

negative influence be dissolved by the pure white light of Source. 

May this crystal be activated for the highest good of myself and for humanity. 

In great love and trust, so it is!"

If I want the crystal to be used for a specific reason, then it can be stated after the cleansing process. Remember to be creative and specific with what you want the crystal to assist you with! It can be specifically for you or for the betterment of humanity. I do have certain crystals that are programmed for healing the planet and others that are specific for areas in my life I need support in. 

"I create a space within this crystal to be programmed 

with the following: 

[insert your intention or statement here: 

ex. prosperity, to assist in raising vibration, 

world peace,

to releasing any past heart ache,

to moving forward in my career, 

to assist in my creative endeavors etc] 

With the purest love of my heart,

You don't need to limit yourself to just programming crystals. I have done this with rocks, jewelry, water, food, even plants! One of my favorite things to use with my clients during an energy session is to "record" the high vibrational healing energies with river rocks. I find that river rocks are a great vessel for holding information due to their water element association. Because of the molecular structure of water, it is able to hold higher volumes of information. 

  During a session, I will intend that the rock “records” whatever healing occurs and for it to hold the high vibration of the session. This rock is given to the client to have in their possession, have in their home, or to place it on an altar. It is a tool that assists them in keeping their frequency elevated when the session ends. 

When we are assisting others in their healing or awakening process, tools are an excellent avenue to keep them in alignment. They are not necessary but I find they definitely help! After we come out of a “healing” session, we are then faced with the real world and this sometimes sends us back into our old “triggers”, thought patterns, or emotional reactions. By having a physical tool that harnesses the high vibration during the healing session, it helps keep you floating above the low vibe stuff that wreaked havoc on you in the first place. 

We all have the capacity to heal our internal world without external influence. However, this takes a level of discipline, attunement to your intuition, and trusting your own power! I have a firm belief that everyone is their own personal healer and do not need to seek outside of themselves for the answers. However, with that being said, many do not understand how to access that information. This is when a practitioner steps in to create a sacred space FOR YOU. In my understanding, it is a practitioner's duty to empower their client, educate them on different ways to "heal", how to rise above self-inflicted limitation, and assist in any other matter that the client presents. April Guidance Report

In the beginning of the year, I pulled a 12 month spread asking the Ascended Masters to guide us through 2017. If you are interested in the previous months’ guidance, view my Facebook page Sunny Solutions: Alternative Healing and browse through the picture posts! There are some great nuggets of information there. So far, the messages have been in alignment with what is going on astrologically and ascension wise! We are moving forward without delay, there is a sense of urgency to cleanse, purge, rebuild our structures, and continue our expansion process. If you are feeling stagnant or stuck, please seek out guidance by connecting with your Higher Self so that you can understand how your intuition and inner guidance system is running. If you need help, seek out a teacher or mentor who can assist you in uncovering your own truth. But remember, YOU must do the work! Sometimes we need a teacher for just one lesson and we are able to remove the veil that was blinding us before. Other times we need a mentor to work with for a longer period on our journey. Just know that whatever lesson you are learning from the teacher-mentor, you already know this! They, perhaps, are just saying it in a different way so you can uncover your own truth within YOU. I just love the synchronicity of how Lady Venus is here to assist us in April! As some of you may have been feeling, Venus is Retrograde right now! There is a lot that is being shaken up, stirred, and dumped out in front of us so we can sort through what no longer serves us one last time before the period of growth circles around (Think SPRING! Yay!). Venus began Retrograde March 4^th and will move out on April 15^th. What this means is that there is DEEP healing and purging going on at the heart level. We are finding out what is truly important to us and what is standing in our way of obtaining that! The best way that I have found to navigate through these energies is to GO WITHIN. Everything that we need to know is encoded in our DNA. It is an innate knowing and for the logical thinkers out there this may be very difficult to accept. But if the building blocks of our consciousness, DNA, are encoded with the true essence of who we are, then it would be a good idea to follow your intuitive navigational system, right? When we are introspective and can identify where our weaknesses lie, we are able to strengthen them IF we choose to do so. Just as a reminder, we live in a free will world, which means we need to make the conscious choices to do the work, to ask the questions, and to move into action!

Relationships may be going through the wringer right now, too. Don’t be surprised if old wounds from past relationships start to show their ugly head in your current one. If you haven’t gotten over your high school sweetheart being unfaithful to you, it can start to cause issues in your current love connection. Be real with yourself and see what and WHO is taking up space in your heart. The beautiful thing about being in human form is that we hold the power to anchor in whatever emotion or state of mind we want! This may be difficult for some to grasp at first but let’s dive into it a bit deeper.

If you are constantly worried about a situation you anchor that vibration into your auric field. Whether that energetic signature is anger, jealousy, fear, or despair… it begins to weave itself into your energy matrix. When this happens, we begin to attract situations that perpetuate our original worry which causes a domino effect of more worries and sticky situations! It is amazing what happens when we step away from the falsity and shift our thoughts and emotions into a different frequency. We then see how we can attract better outcomes by thinking with clarity, purpose, and intention. When we begin to act in love and step into our role as an empowered being, we no longer need to create these dramas that only feed our insecurities. If you constantly are worried about a situation and then it happens, most people will assume that “Well, it’s a good thing I was worrying about this because it ended up happening!”. When this occurs, there is a false sense of justification. Taking responsibility of where your mind takes you is a very humbling road to roll down. But, when we can be aware enough to see that we are not always in the driver seat of our minds, we can give ourselves a kick in the butt to jump up front and take hold of the wheel! So, take the wheel and drive forward to your paradise. You are in control. Stop projecting your insecurities onto others. Refrain from being irresponsible with how your life is going. Do you want to make a change? Then, (to quote my eldest brother) “ante up and hop to it, kid!”

The biggest name of the game this month is Trust so you can RECEIVE! When you read an article, meet someone for the first time, or walk into a room- pay attention to how your physical body reacts. The way your physical body responds is a form of communication. It can either alert you to move on or to sit back and stay awhile. Listen to the wisdom your body is trying to tell ya! When we are trusting of ourselves and our intuition, this is when the fun (and magic!) begins. When you are able to pick up on the subtle hints of your body and listen, you are strengthening your psychic abilities. The more you are in tune with the subtleties of what is going on, the more information you will receive. And don’t we all want that “direct connect”? To be able to access information ourselves? To not be reliant on external sources for this innate wisdom?

Well, how do we know if we are receiving downloads of information? These are some of the symptoms you may be experiencing: 

·        - Buzzing in the crown or top of the head

·         -High pitched ringing in the ears

·         -In conversation, we say something profound and have no idea where it came from or how we knew it

·        - Actually hearing information that is different from your own inner voice/thoughts or feeling the need to channel (through spoken word or automatic writing)

·        - Feeling the need to create through writing or art

·       -  Feeling a sense of expansiveness or lightness

·         -Intense moments of bliss followed by a “body high”

So, open yourself up to the Light so you can grow into your optimal potential! 

Shed the shell and emerge from the darkness.

Expansive Groundedness

Greetings Beloved ones! 

We are Lyra, Atlantean Ambassador, 

High Priestess of the Healing Chambers! 

We come with a great message in regards to the Cosmic Portalway that has opened up. 

There has been a great expansion that has influenced Mother Earthship 

and all of her inhabitants beginning on July 7. We understand many are feeling a sense 

of unease as if the ground is slipping away from your feet. 

Realize that this is a call to connect to Gaia and send your grounding cord deep into the Earth’s core. For this is how you will survive this expansive energetic shift. 

As much as the expansion is important to your growth,

 it is even more important to remain stable in your mundane lives. 

Many are losing their tethers and becoming victims of confusion, 

lacking discernment, and feeling disconnected from themselves and others. 

It is important to surround yourself with loving and like-minded individuals 

who will assist you in feeling protected, safe, and secure. 

This is the time to call on your mentors. 

They will deliver guidance that may be difficult to understand or accept. 

We urge you to not discount the lesson nestled within. 

For we reach out for a reason. 

Is it to find agreement or to see the issue from a different perspective? 

Circling back to the importance of grounding we offer our assistance on this matter.  

We recommend the following procedure in order to stabilize your physical body during these intense energetic upgrades:

It is important to go outside and touch the Earth with your bare feet. This is the most effective way although doing it inside or with shoes on is also beneficial. Stand with bare feet in the grass, sand, soil, or water shoulder distance apart. Allow shoulders to relax, dropping them down away from the ears. Arms are resting at your sides with palms open facing forward. Allow the chin to become parallel with the ground, feel your spine elongate. Gently close the eyes and bring the focus inward on to your breathing. Inhale through the nose to the count of 5, pause to the count of 5, and exhale through the mouth slowly to the count of 8. Repeat this breath three times. Notice how calm and peaceful you feel. Bring your attention to your lower extremities. Imagine that your legs are hollow, an open vessel without restriction, constriction, blockages, or debri. Inhale. Exhale. As you inhale, allow yourself to shine light on all that needs to be revealed and transmuted, on the exhale imagine these issues that appear like sparkles of light begin to fall from your body, down through your thighs, the front and back of your knees, your shins and calves, ankles, feet and out through the toes to the Earth. This path is the vessel of groundedness. The vessels of groundedness act as an energetic “drainage system”, it is located within the lower extremities. When we release old patterns, discordances, and paradigms that no longer serve for the highest good, a free flowing path for transmutation to integrate into our physicality is required. As you release what no longer serves you, feel how much lighter your body may be, perhaps your mind is calm. Your senses may begin to heighten as you become aware of your body, coming out of the busy mind and into this body, your body. Whenever you feel there is heaviness or uncertainty, remember to release through the vessel of groundedness. Take another inhale, and on the exhale open your eyes.

Now that the body is cleared and ready to receive, let us continue on.

 July 7 began the opening of this cosmic portalway 

allowing Divine Source energy to surge through and outward towards Earth. 

We would like to point out the numerological significance of this day as follows: 

7/7/16 (1+6=7)-à 777; 

the significance of this number is profound. 

The number 7 has always been revered important in religions and spiritual communities alike. 

It is thought to be a lucky number, especially a triple 7. 

Right now, there is a powerful and healing influx of energy 

that the Collective Consciousness desperately requires 

in order for the ascension movement to flow more smoothly. 

7 represent our higher self, 

our ability to discern what our truth is 

and release what no longer serves us, 

it is a number of transcendence, 

of receiving information 

and allowing spiritual gifts to unfold.

 We have said before that many are waking up with new abilities. 

It is not something to fear as they have always been within you. 

This energy of the portal is now just activating it or “pushing the right button”,

 what once lied dormant has now been brought forth for you to recognize. 

Your divine purpose will begin to unfold if you are still unsure of what path to take.

Trust is very important, trust your instincts and your intuition.

 It is not by chance that there are 7 billion people on your planet at this time. 

It is not by chance that the ones around you are taking interest 

in aligning the 7 chakras within their energetic bodies. 

The chakras “feed” energy to the physical and mental/emotional bodies. 

The human race cannot ascend smoothly in the state that it is in currently. 

Many are sick with physical ailments, 

mental confusion

 or exhaustion, and emotional disturbances. 

The focus must be turned inward. 

The healing that is required is fine tuning all 7 chakras 

so that they align, recalibrate, and spin at their optimal frequency. 

Once all 7 are activated and balanced for a prolonged period of time,

 physical dis-ease will simply begin to disintegrate. 

Emotions will no longer “rule” your thought process. 

The mental fog will lift and clarity will be obtained. 

 If there are no restrictions, 

then one has an open vessel for Divine Life Force Energy.

 This access allows the physical body to heal and maintain youthfulness. 

This is a process that requires mastery and discipline.

 Time is continuing to speed up and move faster, 

the ascension process is accelerating for the lightworkers especially. 

Many of you are linking up with your soul tribe 

and creating healing circles. 

You do not need to do anything important or ritualistic 

as of right now for the healing to activate.

 This is a period of creating bridges; 

as these bridges are the building blocks for the protective shield that activated on

 7/11/16 (1+6=7) à7117. 

We say just being in one another’s vibration is sufficient at this time. 

The angels are working with us, your Galactic Family.

 Many veils are getting lifted so one can see their own truth

 and how it differs from the propaganda that is spoon fed to you 

via radio, television, and your internet devices. 

Invoking the power within you is the best defense.  

The integration of this new wave of consciousness will settle into your bodies on

 In order to navigate this energy in a balanced manner, 

one must not only ASCEND the energies upwards and outwards,

 but descend the energies deep into the physical realm and Mother Earth. 

For she is just as much as a living organism as those 

who inhabit her space and it is imperative that you work together WITH her. 

Many may feel resistance as the old paradigm begins 

to crumble around them. Again, we say it is important to let these

 issues flow through the vessel of Groundedness.

 Right now is not the time to force, to steam forward full speed ahead, or ruffle feathers. 

Many are feeling delicate right now and it is important to respect the intensity. 

Yes, you may feel much needs to change and in due time, it will. 

Please be conscious of which you are surrounding yourselves with. 

Who you are around can either heal or destroy you right now. 

There have been reports of instantaneous healing 

when members of soul tribes begin to align with one another. 

It makes sense, if you are in an elevated vibration, 

your entire system becomes recalibrated and “jumper cabled”, if you will.

In a world robust with information,

emotional over an experience
we did not personally live.
Our bodies react in response 
to the continual bombardment of
baggage that is not ours.

For the sake of your own health,
listen to these stories (or not at all)
with discernment.
Do not take on the energy that surrounds
it for that is not your Truth. 
For if one does,
We become boundary-less,
receiving unwanted experiences
that seep into our core
and taint the very essence of us.
